These Terms govern access to and use of the Touki mobile app, a Hebrew learning app.

Touki provides Hebrew learning content, including alphabet and vocabulary lessons, listening and review games, Hebrew songs and karaoke-style activities, collection cards, friend features, gifts, drawing challenges, and spaced repetition.
You may create an account with email, Google, Apple, or Facebook. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Touki is intended for users aged 13 and older. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
Manna and Super Manna are virtual in-app currencies used only inside Touki. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside App features.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Store billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the end of the current billing period.
You may create and share drawings, messages, gifts, and reactions with friends. You keep your rights in your own content, but you grant Touki a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content in the App as needed to provide the service.
You agree not to use Touki for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or infringing content or behavior. You also agree not to abuse invitations, gifts, rewards, purchases, scripts, bots, or technical protections.
Touki has zero tolerance for offensive, sexual, violent, hateful, fraudulent, threatening, or harassing user-generated content.
Touki content, design, software, images, audio, videos, songs, cards, and educational materials are owned by Touki or its partners and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial use.
We aim to keep Touki available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, modify, or remove features, subject to our obligations for active purchases and subscriptions.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Touki is an educational app. We do not guarantee a specific learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or data loss caused by use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App and may require renewed consent.
