This policy explains how Touki (the "App", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Touki mobile app for learning Hebrew.

You can contact us about privacy, your rights, or account deletion by email, through Help & Contact in the App, or by deleting your account from your Profile.
We do not collect precise location, payment card details, or voice recordings. We access contacts only if you choose to use the contact import feature and grant permission.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
If you choose to import contacts, Touki asks your permission to read email addresses from your device contacts so we can show which contacts already use Touki. This is optional and triggered only by your action. Contacts are not used to gate paid features.
Touki offers optional rewarded ads. Google AdMob may process your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android) for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. On iOS, Touki requests App Tracking Transparency permission where required. You can change tracking or ad personalization settings in your device settings.
You can delete your account in the App from Profile > Delete account. You can also request deletion at touki.io/delete-account-en or by emailing toukioulpan@gmail.com. Account deletion deletes associated account data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at toukioulpan@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Touki includes friend-to-friend user-generated content such as drawings, messages, gifts, and reactions. Users can report content from inside the App and remove a friend to stop receiving their content. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms.
Touki is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS, strict database rules, administrator access controls, logging, and backups. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify users in the App and request renewed consent where required.
