Delete My Touki Account

You can delete your Touki account and associated data at any time.

1. Recommended Method - In the App

1. Open Touki on your phone.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the account actions.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion. The account deletion starts immediately.

2. If You Cannot Access the App

Email us at toukioulpan@gmail.com with:

• The email address used for your Touki account.
• Your sign-in method: email, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
• The subject line: Touki account deletion request.

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation by email.

3. Data Deleted

• Account identity: email, first name, username, avatar.
• Learning progress: learned words, completed nodes, statistics.
• User content: drawings, messages, gifts, and friend interactions.
• Friends and social relationships.
• Preferences and settings.
• Manna and Super Manna balances.
• Technical identifiers linked to your account.

4. Data We May Keep

Some data may be retained only where required by law or security needs:

• In-app purchase and billing records: up to 10 years where legally required.
• Anonymized technical logs and crash reports: 90 days.
• System backups: deleted during the normal backup rotation, no later than 30 days where technically feasible.
